DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Marston. Marston’s theory centers on four different personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. DISC is used to advance understanding and communication skills. DISC measures a person’s comfort level with emotion, risk, trust and patience. DISC is also used to explore and address the core motivators that move individuals into action.
